What do I need to buy? 

The school requires that a chromebook (with 3 year warranty and accidental damage) and licence are purchased together as a bundle. The school has subsidised the cost of the Chromebook. 

Where can I purchase the device and licence?

PerduKo has been chosen as the school’s sole supplier for 2026.  PerduKo will set up the device with the licence applied and configured for use as per the school’s device policies. 

Can I purchase a device anywhere else? 

PerduKo has been selected as the device partner for the device and licence set up as per the school’s device policies. 

Can I purchase a Chromebook without a licence?

Devices for 2026 must have a school licence applied.

Can I use an IPad or Windows device? 

The school requires all devices for 2026 must be a school licensed Chromebook.

Why does the school require managed Chromebooks?

Managed Chromebooks provide the school with centralised control over the learning environment, ensuring consistency, security, and effective classroom management. This allows teachers to focus on teaching, not troubleshooting technical issues.

What happens if I buy a Chromebook from somewhere else?

If a Chromebook is purchased from a retail store, it will not be compatible with the schools management system, and therefore will not be allowed to be used on the school network. Your child would be unable to access school resources.

Do I need to create an account to buy online?

Purchases can be made without creating an account. 

Do I need to buy all of the options? 

The only requirement is for a chromebook (with 3 year warranty and accidental damage) and a chrome education upgrade licence. If this is all you wish to purchase, then please click “add to cart” (without clicking on any of the options) and then follow the instructions for checkout.

What does warranty cover?

The warranty is the manufacturer’s (Lenovo)  warranty.

Extended Warranty and/or Accidental Damage Protection if selected is also provided by Lenovo.

When does the warranty start?

The warranty will start 1-2 weeks prior to delivery when the device is set up and device licence is activated.

How long does the shop link remain active? 

 The shop link will be active between 23rd March 2026 and 1st June 2026.

There is no guarantee that device inventory or current pricing will be available after these dates.

What should I use as the Shipping address?

Please use your own name and home address. 

Please note, however, that the chromebook and accessories will not be shipped to your home. They will instead be delivered to the school and handed to your daughter - date will be communicated by the school.

What should I use as the Billing address?

Please use your own name and home address as this will be used for the device warranty purposes.

Are there any Finance options available?

A payment schedule can be arranged starting in March with weekly / monthly payments. Full payment must be made prior to delivery of the device.
